§ 117.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter for which another penalty is not already herein provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of $10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating the provisions of §§ 117.040 et seq., shall be subject to citation issued by the Health Officer with a minimum fine of $10 for each violation.

   (C)   Any person violating the provisions of §§ 117.150 et seq., shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $1,000 for every offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. Provided, that in the event of a conviction of any person for a violation of any of the provisions of §§ 117.150 et seq. relating to the safety and accommodations of inmates it shall be the duty of the Health Officer to close such home and to cause its vacation pending the repairs, alteration or additions necessary to make it safe and proper for the occupancy of its inmates and to make it comply with the terms of this chapter.
   (D)   Any person violating the provisions of § 117.166, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $1,000, and the Board of Trustees may at its discretion revoke his or her license.
   (E)   Any person violating the provisions of § 117.167, shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $1,000 for each offense.
