§ 117.166 ISSUANCE OF FALSE WEIGHT CERTIFICATE.
   No public weighmaster shall issue a certificate giving a false weight for the article weighed, and upon conviction of false weight certificate issuance, he or she shall be fined as set forth in § 117.999.
