A certain document, one (1) copy of which is on file in the office of the city clerk, being marked and designated as the “BOCA National Property Maintenance Code, Fifth Edition, 1996" as published by the Building Officials and Code Administrators (BOCA) International, Inc., is hereby adopted as the Housing Code for the city of Bellevue, for the control of building and structures as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations of the Property Maintenance Code are referred to, adopted, and made a part thereof, as if fully set out in this chapter with the additions, insertion, deletion, and changes, if any, as set forth in § 156.02.
