§ 156.02 ADDITIONS, INSERTIONS, AND CHANGES.
   The BOCA National Property Maintenance Code is amended and revised as follows:
   (A)   Section PM-101.1 (page 1, second line). Insert “City of Bellevue, Kentucky.”
   (B)   Section PM-106.2 (page 2 and 3) shall read: Any person who shall violate a provision of this code shall be subject to a civil fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment for a term not to exceed thirty (30) days, or both, at the discretion of the court. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense.
   (C)   Section PM-304.15 (page 11, first and second lines). Insert “April 1 to October 1.”
   (D)   Section PM-602.2.1 (page 17, fifth line). Insert “October 1 to April 1.”
   (E)   Section PM-602.3 (page 17, third line). Insert “October 1 to April 1.”
   (F)   Section PM-111.2.1 (page 5) shall be deleted in its entirety and shall read as follows: Membership qualifications: The Board of Appeals shall consist of three (3) members. The members shall be citizens of the City of Bellevue with a demonstrated interest in the welfare of the community.
   (G)   Section PM-302.1 (page 9) shall add the following definition under Public Nuisance: 9. Any violation(s) of this code.
   (H)   Section PM-303.8 (page 10) shall be deleted in its entirety and shall read as follows: No vehicle, trailer, boat, recreational vehicle or similar equipment which is abandoned, nonfunctional, in a state of disrepair, or lacking a valid license, shall be stored in excess of seventy-two (72) hours on any premises, unless it is in a completely enclosed building. All vehicles, trailers, boats, recreational vehicles or similar equipment shall be parked or stored on a paved surface.
   (I)   Section PM-111.2 (page 4) shall be deleted in its entirety and shall read as follows: The board of appeals shall consist of three (3) members appointed by the chief appointing authority as follows: one (1) for four (4) years one (1) for three (3) years and one (1) for two (2) years. Thereafter, each new member serve for three (3) years or until a successor has been appointed.
   (J)   Section PM-111.2.2 (page 5) shall be deleted in its entirety and read as follows: The chief appointing authority shall appoint one (1) alternate member who shall be called by the board chairperson to hear appeals during the absence or disqualification of a member. The alternate member shall possess the same qualifications required for board memberships, and shall be appointed for three (3) years or until a successor has been appointed.
   (K)   Section PM-111.3(page 5, line 2) deleted the word “ten” and replace with the word “thirty”.
   (L)   Section PM-111.5 (page 5, line 1) deleted the word “five” and replace with the word “three”.
   (M)   Section PM-111.6 (page 5, line 2) deleted the word “three” and replace with the word “two”.
