For the provisions contained in §§ 156.01 and 156.02, the penalties provided in PM-106.2 at pages 2 and 3 of the code shall be a fine of not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) or imprisonment for a term not to exceed thirty (30) days, or both, plus costs of court. Each day that a violation continues after due notice has been served shall be deemed a separate offense.
