Every street graphic which an establishment displays shall, at a minimum, conform to the applicable requirements of this subchapter; provided that, whenever more stringent regulations, based on the type of establishment to which such graphic is appurtenant or the zoning district in which the establishment is located (§§ 155.045 through 155.053 of this chapter), are applicable, such regulations shall prevail.
