§ 155.045 SCOPE AND APPLICABILITY.
   (A)   No street graphic shall be erected in any zoning district of the city in violation of the provisions of this subchapter.
   (B)   Whenever, after the enactment of this chapter, any zoning district is created or modified with respect to boundaries or permitted uses, the Graphics Review Board, subject to the approval of the City Council, shall determine what existing zoning district is most similar to the new or modified district, and shall so inform the Building Commissioner.
   (C)   Thereafter, the Building Commissioner shall enforce the provisions of the section of this subchapter pertaining to that most similar district.
