(A) Any person who violates the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $25, nor more than $500, for each offense. Each day that such violation continues shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense.
(B) The owner or tenant of any building, structure, premises or part thereof and any architect, building, contractor, agent or other person who commits, participates in or maintains such violation may be found guilty of a separate offense and suffer the penalties herein provided.
