§ 33.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Corporations, persons or individuals permitted to install a system through the city-owned electric control board shall be responsible for any and all false alarms. Each such corporation, person or individual, per § 33.001 of this chapter, shall be subject to a fine of not less than $10, nor more than $500, for each false alarm received in excess of six during any 12-month period.
   (C)   Any person violating any provisions of §§ 33.040 through 33.048, 33.060 through 33.072 and 33.085 through 33.087 of this chapter or neglecting to comply with any order issued pursuant to §§ 33.040 through 33.048, 33.060 through 33.072 and 33.085 through 33.087 of this chapter shall be fined not less than $10, nor more than $500. Each day a violation is permitted to exist beyond the time specified in any notice is a separate offense.
