(A) There is hereby created a Firemen’s Pension Fund and a Board of Trustees of the Firemen’s Pension Fund in accordance with the provisions of 40 ILCS 5/4-109a et seq.

(B) The City Council reserves the right to amend this section to provide for the funds received from insurance companies specified in division (A) above to be paid to the Firemen’s Pension Fund in the event it so desires at some future date.
