§ 113.15 PERMIT REQUIRED TO SELL.
   (A)   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition applies unless the context clearly requires a different meaning.
      FIREWORKS. Shall have the same meaning as in state law, 68 O.S.§ 1622.
   (B)   It is unlawful for any person to manufacture, display, sell, possess or expose for sale, possess, use or discharge fireworks within the city except as provided in this subchapter and in §§ 91.16 and 91.17 of this code.
   (C)   A city permit is required for any person operating a fireworks stand or who sells or retails fireworks. The permit is subject to such regulations and fee as may be required by the City Council by motion or resolution. The permit shall be on display at any sale or retail of fireworks.
