(A) Any person or organization conducting a fireworks display open to the public must contact the city for permission in advance under the conditions of this section.
(B) Any public display of fireworks shall be inspected and approved by the Fire Chief or, in his or her absence, the Assistant Chief in advance of the display.
(C) Notification shall be given to the Fire Chief not less than one week prior to the public display of fireworks.
