§ 113.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99(A) of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   A penalty not to exceed $70 and not less than $15 shall be imposed for each citation issued by the City Police Department or the City Fire Department for any violation of §§ 113.15 through 113.17 of this chapter.
