§ 110.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99(A) of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   (1)   Any person who engages in any business, trade or vocation for which a license, permit, certificate or registration is required by §§ 110.20 through 110.23 of this chapter without first having a valid license, permit, certificate or registration as required, or who shall fail to do anything required by §§ 110.20 through 110.23 of this chapter or by any code adopted by §§ 110.20 through 110.23 of this chapter, or who shall otherwise violate any provision of §§ 110.20 through 110.23 of this chapter, or of any code adopted by §§ 110.20 through 110.23 of this chapter, or who shall violate any lawful regulation or order made by any of the officers provided in §§ 110.20 through 110.23 of this chapter, shall be guilty of an offense punishable as provided in § 10.99(A) of this code. Each day upon which a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.

      (2)   No penalty imposed by and pursuant to §§ 110.20 through 110.23 of this chapter shall interfere with the right of the city also to apply to the proper courts of the state for mandamus, an injunction or other appropriate action against such person.

   (C)   A violation of § 110.20 of this chapter shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall be punishable as provided in § 10.99(A) of this code. Any person who violates or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of § 110.20 of this chapter shall be punished as provided in § 10.99(A) of this code.

   (D)   A violation of § 110.21 of this chapter shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by fine. Any person, firm or corporation who violates or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of § 110.21 of this chapter shall be punished as provided in § 10.99(A) of this code.

   (E)   Any person who shall do any act prohibited by § 110.22 of this chapter or fail or refuse to comply therewith, or fail or refuse to obey a lawful order of the inspector, shall be punished by a fine as provided in § 10.99(A) of this code.

   (F)   A violation of § 110.23 of this chapter shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall be punishable as provided in § 10.99(A) of this code. Any person who violates or refuses to comply with any of the provisions of § 110.23 of this chapter shall be punished as provided in § 10.99(A) of this code.
