§ 110.22 GAS PIPING/GAS APPLIANCE INSTALLER’S LICENSE; REQUIREMENTS TO PRACTICE.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person to engage in the business of installing gas piping or gas appliances without first obtaining a license from the city. The license may be obtained by persons holding appropriate contractor’s and other licenses issued by the state.
   (B)   Bond and insurance shall be provided by the licensee in such amounts as required by the state.
