§ 110.20 PLUMBER’S LICENSE; REQUIREMENTS TO PRACTICE.
   (A)   No person shall practice or engage in the business, trade or occupation of a plumbing contractor, a journeyperson plumber or a plumber’s apprentice unless he or she possesses a current and valid license as such from the state.
   (B)   Bond and insurance requirements of plumbing contractors shall meet the requirements established by state law.
   (C)   No person shall practice or engage in the business, trade or occupation of a plumbing contractor, a journeyperson plumber or a plumber’s apprentice unless he or she has first registered as such with the city and paid the annual fee set by the City Council by motion or resolution.
