Notwithstanding any other traffic regulations of the village of Bedford Park, the village hereby adopts regulations for the automated enforcement of traffic control signal regulations. Accordingly, pursuant to the terms of 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-306, the department is authorized to install, and the traffic compliance administrator is authorized to operate, an automated traffic law enforcement system within the village for the purpose of enforcing traffic control signal regulations as provided in 625 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-306.
