(A) This code is amended by deleting any reference to an Illinois Revised Statute and inserting, in lieu thereof, the appropriate section of the Illinois Compiled Statutes.
(B) Village officials are hereby directed and authorized to take the necessary steps to ensure that subsection (A) of this section is effectuated. (Ord. 94-910, 10-20-1994)
