9-22-4: PARENTAL RESPONSIBILITY:
It shall be unlawful for any parent, guardian, or person having custody or control of a minor enrolled in any school located in the Village to cause, permit or encourage a minor to become a chronic truant minor or engage in chronic truancy. (Ord. 16-1510, 7-7-2016)
