9-22-3: SUPPORTIVE SERVICES:
Prior to a minor being cited under this chapter for chronic truancy, the school must have provided supportive services, including prevention diagnostic, intervention and remedial services, alternative programs and other school and community resources that have failed to result in the cessation of habitual or ongoing truant behavior, or have been offered to the student and refused.
