(A) The administrative services officer shall assist the police chief in the administration duties of the police department. The administrative services officer shall report to the police chief. In the absence of the police chief, the administrative services officer shall then report to the next officer in the chain of command. The administrative services officer will perform all related duties assigned by the police chief. (Ord. 99-1024, 3-4-1999)
