9-1-3: APPOINTMENTS:
   (A)   The president, with the advice and consent of the board of trustees, shall appoint all members of the police department.
   (B)   The procedure for handling such appointment shall be in conformance with the provisions provided for in title I, chapter 18 of this code. (Ord. 531, eff. 1-1-1967)
