8-1-23: FIRE DEPARTMENT SECRETARY:
The Fire Department Secretary shall assist the Fire Chief in the administration duties of the Fire Department. The Secretary shall report directly to the Fire Chief or in the absence of the Fire Chief, the Secretary will report to the next in command. The Fire Department Secretary duties shall include but are not limited to the following:
   (A)   Safekeeping of all confidential records, reports and correspondence relating to the Fire Department operations;
   (B)   Shall process any F/O/I requests for fire department records;
   (C)   Shall create and maintain a list of any and all chemicals used by the Fire Department;
   (D)   Shall create and maintain Safety Dola Sheets in accordance with OSHA guidelines;
