8-1-14: IMPERSONATE FIREMAN:
Any person not a member of the fire department who shall impersonate a fireman or officer of the department at a fire, or going to or from a fire, by wearing a uniform or cap, or in any other way, unless by authority of the officer in command, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor. (Ord. 534, eff. 1-1-1967)
