(A) All members of the village fire department not classified as members of the regular fire department shall be subject and obedient to the orders of the fire chief or other officers in command while carrying out the functions of the village fire department. In case any person shall refuse to obey such orders, he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of not less than five dollars ($5.00), nor more than twenty dollars ($20.00) for each and every offense.
