7-16-5: FEES:

The following fees shall be assessed to the owner and/or landlord of the building or facility for each inspection: (Ord. 02-1114, 4-18-2002)

   (A)   One hundred dollars ($100.00) per unit for existing equipment;

   (B)   Two hundred dollars ($200.00) per unit for new equipment;

   (C)   Two hundred dollars ($200.00) per unit for review of architectural plans; and

   (D)   Two hundred dollars ($200.00) per unit for review of elevator drawings. (Ord. 10-1326, 7-1-2010)
