Any person found to be in violation of this chapter shall be fined not less than five hundred dollars ($500.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00). Each day any violation of this chapter continues to exist shall be considered a separate offense. Any such violation shall also be required to be corrected or remedied by all such persons as soon as possible. In addition to the imposition of fines, the person or persons may be directed to correct and remedy the code violation. Noncompliance with this chapter is also a basis for the revocation of a business certificate per the terms of this Code. (Ord. 01-1101, 11-29-2001)
