7-14-4: RULES AND REGULATIONS:
The building inspector of the village shall be empowered to promulgate reasonable rules and regulations not inconsistent with the terms and provisions of this chapter in order to enforce the provisions contained herein. (Ord. 92-881, 11-19-1992)
