7-14-1: APPLICATION:

(A) The provisions of this chapter shall apply upon the transfer of any interest, ownership or occupancy of all residential dwellings located within the village.

(B) The substantive provisions of the current international building code shall apply to all dwellings subject to the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 92-881, 11-19-1992; amd. Ord. 01-1103, 11-29-2001)
