7-1-1: HEIGHT RESTRICTION:
No person shall erect, build, construct or maintain a foundation wall for residential structures within the village, the height of which shall exceed more than one foot (1') above the existing or established sidewalk grade or level. (Ord. 86, 10-15-1953)
