6-1-5-1: M-U MIXED-USE BUSINESS DISTRICT REGULATIONS:

   (A)   Permitted Uses: The uses set forth in L-1, F, T and O districts shall be permitted uses.

The uses set forth in B-1 and H-1 shall also be permitted uses strictly subject to the following location restrictions in which a B-1 use will be prohibited along the property line abutting the GATX Corporation parcel of land and an H-1 use will be prohibited along the property line abutting Archer Avenue.
