On the 30th day of the month, every dealer or motor fuel retailer in the Village of Bedford Park shall file a report of sale of motor fuel in the previous month to the Village's Finance Director on such forms and in such manner as prescribed by the Village together with the appropriate tax payment. Every taxpayer shall keep accurate books and records, including original source documents. All such books and records shall at all times during business hours be subject to and available for inspection by the Village of Bedford Park. The Village of Bedford Park shall have the right to audit the bookkeeping journal of any dealer or motor fuel retailer and shall have the right to review the records. (Ord. 18-1574, 6-7-2018)
