5-28-4: COLLECTION OF TAX:
Every dealer or motor fuel retailer in the Village of Bedford Park shall have the duty to collect the Motor Fuel Tax from each retail purchaser at the time the dealer collects payment for the motor fuel. (Ord. 18-1574, 6-7-2018)
