(A) An annual license fee of two hundred dollars ($200.00) shall be paid to the village by the terminal operator for each video gaming terminal located in a licensed location. Said fees are nonrefundable. Each licensed terminal location shall have no more than six (6) video gaming terminals.
(B) A licensed large truck stop establishment, as defined by the Video Gaming Act, may operate up to ten (10) video gaming terminals on its premises at any one time. (Ord. 12-1397, 11-15-2012; amd. Ord. 19-1613, 11-7-2019; amd. Ord. 21-1660, 3-18-2021)
