5-25-6: FEES:

Every application for an adult use business license (whether a new license or for renewal of an existing license) shall be accompanied by a two hundred fifty dollar ($250.00) nonrefundable application and investigation fee. The annual fee for an adult entertainment business permit is one thousand dollars ($1,000.00). (Ord. 04-1163, 8-5-2004)
