5-24-9: DISPOSITION OF PROCEEDS OF TAX:
All proceeds resulting from the imposition of the tax under this chapter, including penalties and interest, shall be paid into the treasury of the village and shall be credited to and deposited in the general corporate fund of the village. (Ord. 08-1277A, 9-29-2008)
