Any person who violates any provisions of this chapter shall be ticketed and fined the sum of two hundred dollars ($200.00). If after fourteen (14) days the ticket is not paid, the fine shall increase to three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00). If the fine is not received within thirty (30) days after issuance, the ticket will be set up for an adjudication hearing in accordance with the administrative adjudication of traffic and other violations provisions contained in this code. In addition to such fine that may be imposed, any license issued pursuant to this chapter may be suspended or revoked as provided herein. (Ord. 10-1337, 9-2-2010)
