5-2-16: CONDUCT AND APPEARANCE OF TAXICAB DRIVERS:
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any driver to conduct himself in a disrespectful or contemptuous manner toward any person or to use abusive or profane language while so occupied or in charge of such vehicle.
   (B)   Every driver of a taxicab shall maintain a reasonable degree of personal hygiene and be dressed in clean clothing. Taxicab drivers are prohibited from wearing the following articles of clothing as outer garments: underwear, tank tops, swimwear, jogging suits, body shirts, shorts, cutoffs, trunks or similar attire, or sandals without socks. Bermuda or post office type shorts may be worn between May 1 and September 30. (Ord. 10-1337, 9-2-2010)
