5-2-15: TAXICAB DRIVER'S LICENSE SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION:

A taxicab driver's license may be suspended or revoked at any time by the mayor for cause. Any such suspension shall be noted on the license, together with a statement of the reason therefor, and the village shall deprive the driver of his license. (Ord. 10-1337, 9-2-2010)
