5-2-3: TAXICAB SERVICE:
Every owner and driver is required to furnish reasonably safe and adequate service at just and reasonable rates within the village as may reasonably be required to ensure adequate accommodations to the public in accordance with the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 10-1337, 9-2-2010)
