Any person, firm or corporation who is found to be in violation of this chapter shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues to exist. (Ord. 09-1294, 5-7-2009)
