Subsequent to the completion of a construction project, any contractor of any kind shall adhere to the best management practice in order to eliminate postconstruction runoff. The best management practices shall include the following procedures:
(A) Storage practices:
1. Wet ponds.
2. Dry basins.
3. Multichamber catch basins.
(B) Infiltration practices:
1. Infiltration basins/trenches.
2. Dry wells.
3. Porous pavement.
(C) Vegetative practices:
1. Grassy swales.
2. Filter strips.
3. Artificial wetlands.
