4-8-1: PROHIBITION:
It shall be unlawful and prohibited for any individual, partnership, company or other business entity to allow or permit or cause to allow or permit the illicit discharges of waste and wastewater from nonstormwater sources. (Ord. 09-1294, 5-7-2009)
