   1304.03 INTERPRETATION.
   Wherever titles, words and phrases are used in portions of the International Fuel Gas Code adopted in Section 1304.01, such terms shall be construed to mean the equivalent officer, word or phrase applicable to the Municipality.

   1304.04 HOMEOWNERS’ EXCEPTION.
   This section intentionally left blank.
   1304.05 ADMINISTRATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL FUEL GAS CODE.
   Administration and enforcement of the International Fuel Gas Code for all structures within the City of Bedford Heights is the duty of the Building Commissioner and/or Building Official and his assistants and/or the Fire Chief and Assistant Fire Chief and shall comply with the provisions of the International Fuel Gas Code.

   1304.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter or any code adopted herein or fails to comply therewith or with any lawful order issued pursuant thereto is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day such violation occurs or continues shall constitute a separate offense. Nothing herein shall prevent the City from taking such other lawful action as is necessary to prevent or remedy any violation.
