1301.01 ADOPTED.

   Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the construction, alteration, removal, demolition, equipment, use and occupancy, location and maintenance of one, two and three-family dwellings and appurtenant structures, including permits and penalties, that certain building code known as the Ohio Residential Building Code, in the most current edition or update thereof including all additions, deletions and amendments made subsequent thereto, and the same are hereinafter incorporated herein as if fully set out at length save and except such portions as are hereinafter added, modified or deleted herein.
