Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted for the purpose of establishing rules and regulations for the construction, alteration, removal, demolition, equipment, use and occupancy, location and maintenance of all structures and the storage and dispensing of fuel gas within the City of Bedford Heights, including permits and penalties, that certain Fuel Gas Code known as the International Fuel Gas Code, in the most current edition or update thereof including all additions, deletions and amendments made subsequent thereto, and the same are hereinafter incorporated herein as if fully set out at length save and except such portions as are hereinafter added, modified or deleted herein.

One copy of the International Fuel Gas Code adopted in Section 1304.01 shall be on file with the Building Department and with the Cuyahoga County Law Library. In addition, the Building Department shall have copies available for distribution to the public at cost.
