§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any provision of §§ 110.15 to 110.27 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $20 nor more than $600 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of §§ 110.15 to 110.27 continues shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any provision of §§ 110.40 to 110.44 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $600 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days. Each day that a violation of §§ 110.40 to 110.44 continues shall constitute a separate offense.

   (D)   Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any provision of § 110.55 shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $20 nor more than $600 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days.
