For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
DUMPSTER. Any container, receptacle, or vessel used or intended to be used for the collection, storage, or removal of trash, rubbish, garbage, construction materials, or demolition debris. The word DUMPSTER shall include a pick-up truck or other truck used or intended to be used for the purposes set forth above unless the same shall be lawfully occupying a parking space and removed and emptied on a daily basis.
PERSON. Include any natural person, partnership, association, firm, or corporation. The singular shall include the plural, and the masculine shall include the feminine and the neuter.
