§ 110.27 ENFORCEMENT.

(A) This subchapter shall be enforced by the Police Department of the borough and it shall be its duty to investigate and prosecute any violation of this subchapter.

(B) If, after investigation, a violation is found to exist, the Police Department of the borough shall prosecute a complaint before a district magistrate pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter.
