Any person, firm or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects or refuses to comply with any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, and shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned not more than six months, or both, for each offense. Each day the violation exists shall be deemed a separate offense.
